My name is Kenichi Ando. Thank you for visiting our website.
I established the office in Nihonbashi Kayabacho, Tokyo in 2002, and we are now a team of 11 employees.
We provide administrative services for social insurance, labor insurance, and payroll calculations on behalf of our clients, and provide consulting services related to personnel and labor issues.
In order to succeed in business in the world of today, it is essential for employers to be aware of labor laws.

- In 1990, Graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law.
- In 1990, started working for Nihon Dantai Life Insurance Company (present AXA Life Insurance Company) Mainly engaged in assessment of new contract and new system development in the head office for 8 years.
- In 2002, started working as labor and social security attorney (Sharoushi), and built closer relationship with clients.
- In 2016, established Ando Labor and Social Security Attorney Corporation.
Providing various services in the field of labor management, especially specializing in labor consultation and IPO support. Currently 20% of our customers are foreign companies. - In 2020 established [ HR Management Consulting ] the office which main business is to create Rules of Employment in English.
